The following are the terms and conditions of sale.

1.Supply on credit
a) Application to open a credit account must be completed on an official Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd application form before supply will be considered.

b) Terms and conditions on which a credit account may be granted and operated are subject to change without notice.

c) Payment of credit accounts must be received not later than 30 days from the date of the statement.

d) Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd reserves the right to take the following action against any customer outside its credit terms:
i) Withhold supply and dispose of stock order held;
ii) Institute legal action for recovery of outstanding monies and costs incurred.
iii) Terminate credit facilities and Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from such action.

2.Reservation of Title
a) The ownership of the goods offered by Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd to the customer is only transferred to the customer when the customer has paid all sums owing to Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd whether under this or any other contract and until such time, Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd has a right to call for or recover the goods (for which purpose Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd may enter the customer's premises by its servants or agents) and the customer us under an obligation to deliver up the goods to Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd.

b) Where Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd is required to recover the goods from the customer's premises all costs incurred in this process will be borne by the customer.

3.Prices
a) Prices may be subject to change without notice and goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of despatch.

b) Any reference to retail prices and recommendations only and there is no obligation to comply with any recommended prices.

4. Interest
Interest will be charged against all overdue accounts. Such interest to be charged and debited to the customer's account for the overdue balance will be at a variable rate.

5. Claims
Returns of stock will note be accepted without prior authorisation and will only be considered by Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd if received in writing.
a) Return of first quality stock (oversupply, incorrect goods);
Stock must be in original packaging, in good order and condition and be accompanied by documentation showing:
i) Customer name, address and account number
ii) Invoice Number
iii) Reason for return and authorisation

b) Return of faulty stock:
i) Any claims for faulty stock must be fully documented.
ii) All items will be subject to inspection before credit can be considered, and accordingly acceptance of the goods by Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd or its agents shall not constitute acceptance of credits.

c) Return of stock for credit or exchange:
Goods returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and will only be accepted if received in original condition.
d) Any claims for short supply must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

6. Clerical errors
Clerical errors are subject to correction without notification.

7. Variation
These trading terms are subject to change without notice.

8. Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Valve & Fitting Supply Pty Ltd.

9. Government Taxes etc:
Government Sales Tax, Levies or other Taxes or Imports are not included in prices quoted by the Company or in this price list and if applicable, shall be charged to the buyer at the time of sale. Any exemption from such Taxes or Imports must be substantiated in writing in accordance with any Government Regulations prior to the time of sale.
